Welcome in Lyon

Dear Speakers and Attendees,

We are delighted to announce the launch of the 7th Congress of the French Society for Stem Cell Research, which will be held from November 17 to 19, 2025, in Lyon, hosted at the prestigious Ecole Normale Supérieure.

The FSSCR has more than 450 members and welcomes them yearly during its annual meeting, representing the opportunity for the French and increasingly European stem cell research community to meet and share their work.

Among others, Lyon’s Roman architecture rubs shoulders with bold contemporary creations, its gastronomic reputation goes hand in hand with the art of hospitality so greatly appreciated by visitors, and its more than 20 museums testify to Lyon’s architectural diversity over the centuries, as well as a rich and varied cultural program.   In addition to this attractive destination that will enable us to gather in great numbers, we are pleased and proud to welcome once again prestigious international speakers and young researchers representing the next generation of scientists to join our community. A large number of slots have been made available for oral abstract presentations. This will allow as many young scientists as possible to participate actively in the meeting. So do not miss the deadline to share your abstract!

Looking to the future, we hope to remain faithful to our commitments and continue to work to ensure that the FSSCR becomes a unique hub for cutting-edge scientific exchanges and information for our community and beyond for the wider public.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Lyon!
